  2. The customer will not have to pay any additional charges.
  3. If any documents are required from the customer, it is necessary for the consignee to provide the documents on time.
Customs/Import Duties and Taxes Unpaid
  1. The customer will not pay the duties and taxes to Walgrow upon placing the order.
  2. The customer is responsible for paying the carrier for customs clearance of the shipment.
  3. Customs duty, import taxes, and other expenses will be included in the customer's invoice from the shipping company.
  4. For future reference, the customer should keep the receipt for the customs payment.
  5. The customer is only responsible for paying customs duty and other charges at the time of clearance; If the courier requests an extra amount during delivery, please get in touch with our customer service department immediately.
Calculating Customs/Import Duties and Taxes
  1. Customs/import duties and taxes fees levied at checkout are estimated and not an exact calculation.
  2. If the actual customs fees exceed the estimated customs fees taken at the time of placing an order, Walgrow will pay the additional fees charged.
  3. The above terms also apply to the shipment of any replacement product (if applicable).
